Buzz Holdings ULC. and its affiliates’ (collectively “Buzz”) policies on privacy are guided and governed by the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Clients’ personal information is maintained on our networks or on the networks of our service providers and is accessible at 333 Bay St., Suite 1240, Bay Adelaide Centre, Toronto, ON M5H 2R2. Personal information may also be stored on a secure off-site storage network or facility.

We only collect personal information that is necessary. We will retain personal information as long as needed in order to satisfy the purposes identified when the information was collected or as long as regulations demand. When we deem that we no longer need your information, we will delete electronic records and destroy physical record.
